Gasolio, olio, chilometri eccedenti la franchigia (nel caso di scelta a chilometri limitati). È previsto un contributo obbligatorio di 100 € per: lavaggio, sanitizzazione con generatore di ozono professionale, cavo elettrico 220w, tubo acqua, cunei livellatori, liquido wc e una bombola di gas a partire da 5 Kg in relazione al camper scelto.

At the time of signing the agreement we require a Visa/Mastercard credit card (American Express is not accepted) for the deductible of the Kasko policy with blocking of the amount at the time of departure equal to €1,500 for the Compact, Family and Deluxe categories and €2,000 for the Premium and Plus categories. The excess will be refunded within 20 days of returning from the trip in the event of perfect vehicle return.
At the time of booking the customer is required to pay a sum equal to 30% of the total rental amount and must pay at least 30 days. before the start of the trip. Failure to pay within the indicated terms is equivalent to a waiver. Upon return, the balance is due for any excess kilometers (if you have chosen the rate with limited km) and anything else established in the contract

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation penalty for communication received within the 50th anniversary of the start of the rental is 50% of the deposit paid; if the communication is made from the 49th to the 30th day from the beginning of the rental the penalty is 50% of the entire rental amount; if the cancellation is communicated from the 29th day after the start of the rental, the tenant will be required to pay an amount equal to 80% of the cost of the entire rental.

Remember that ANIMALS MAY GET inside the camper ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF OUR JUDGMENT. In any case, upon returning the camper must not show traces of odors, excrement or other, otherwise we can impose a sation of 250 €
Remember to always take the payment receipt with you at each refueling. If the diesel has traces of water that could compromise the proper functioning of the engine, you will be relieved of the responsibility for the damage. If not, you will have to pay for the damage, as it is not covered under warranty
